Talented filmmaker Prashanth Varma made an impressive debut with the 2018 feature Awe. Last year, he made the investigative thriller Kalki. Now, he is all set to come up with the first-ever Zombie film in Telugu, Zombie Reddy. The teaser of this film was unveiled just about a while ago and it looks quite interesting.The makers promoted this teaser as a first bite, going by the plot of the film. According to the teaser, the film looks to be set against the backdrop of coronavirus and its vaccine.
Varma seems to have done an action drama on the backdrop of COVID-19, with zombies taking on humans. The teaser is intriguing and raised curiosity about the film.Teja Sajja, Aanandhi, and Daksha Nagarkar are playing the lead roles in this movie. Raj Shekhar Varma is bankrolling the film under the banner Apple Tree Studios. Mark K Robin is composing the music and Anith is handling the cinematography. Zombie Reddy will hit the theatres in early 2021.
