Zebra box office collection day 5
Satyadev’s latest action-thriller Zebra, released on November 22, 2024, has received mixed reviews since its premiere. The movie, directed by Eashvar Karthic in his directorial debut, marks Satyadev’s first pan-India release. Alongside him, Priya Bhavani Shankar plays the lead female role.
Zebra tells the story of Surya (played by Satyadev), who works at a bank and is secretly in a relationship with his colleague Swathi (Priya Bhavani Shankar). When Swathi faces trouble, Surya tries to help her but ends up in a bigger predicament. He must gather Rs 5 Crore in four days to resolve the situation.
Despite positive comments about the film’s content and technical aspects, the movie’s box office performance has been disappointing. On its opening day, Zebra saw a significant drop of more than 50% in collections, and the trend continued through the following days. Here is the estimated box office collection for the first five days:
– Day 1: Rs 0.4 Crore
– Day 2: Rs 0.66 Crore
– Day 3: Rs 0.66 Crore
– Day 4: Rs 0.03 Crore
– Day 5: Rs 0.01 Crore (estimate)
Total 5-day collection: Approx. Rs 2.03 Crore
The film features a strong supporting cast, including Dhananjaya, Sathyaraj, and Amrutha Iyengar, among others. The screenplay and dialogues were written by Eashvar Karthic and Meeraqh, respectively. Produced by Old Town Production and Padmaja Films, Zebra features music by Ravi Basrur and cinematography by Sathya Ponmar.
Though the film struggled at the box office, Zebra has still managed to gain attention for its unique storyline and execution.
