YS Jagan’s Rs.13 crore Tadepalli fencing scam exposed
During his time as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was allegedly involved in several financial scandals, many of which came to light after the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) took over the government. One of the controversies that has recently gained attention is related to the construction of a fence around his residence in Tadepalli, Guntur district.
Nara Lokesh, a prominent politician and Andhra Pradesh cabinet minister, has accused Jagan of misusing public funds for personal benefits. Lokesh claims that Jagan spent Rs. 13 crore on the construction of a fence around his residence, a move that has raised eyebrows across the state. Lokesh also alleged that Jagan forced residents near his house to vacate their homes to make way for this expensive fence.
Taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Lokesh openly criticized Jagan, calling him out for pretending to be virtuous while allegedly misusing public money for personal gain. He claimed that Jagan spent five years accumulating wealth and public funds, which were used to build the fence around his so-called “Tadepalli Palace.”

Lokesh’s remarks did not stop there. He pointed out that Jagan often presents himself as morally upright, comparing him sarcastically to the legendary figure Satya Harishchandra, known for his truthfulness. Lokesh went on to call for Jagan to return the public funds he allegedly misappropriated, including donations to Sakshi media and other unnecessary expenditures.
This controversy has sparked widespread debate, with many citizens questioning the need for such an extravagant expense on a fence. The issue has also fueled a political confrontation between Lokesh and Jagan, both of whom have exchanged heated statements over the matter. The opposition has seized this opportunity to criticize the former Chief Minister, further intensifying the political climate in Andhra Pradesh.
With the accusations mounting, many are eagerly awaiting further investigations into this alleged misuse of public funds.
