Known for his consistency and aggressive stroke play Dhawan remains a fan favorite. Post-retirement, he has transitioned to hosting a talk show.

Veteran wicketkeeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik announced his retirement on June 1, 2024 on his 39th birthday. His career spanned 20 years during which he was celebrated for his crucial knocks. Karthik also retired from the IPL and has joined the commentary box where he continues to contribute to cricket.
