Ram Pothineni and director Puri Jagannadh are teaming up again for the sequel to their hit film “iSmart Shankar.” The new movie, titled “Double Ismart,” is scheduled to hit theaters on August 15, five years after the original film’s release. There are rumors that Puri Jagannadh is facing issues with distributors due to the financial losses from his previous film, “Liger.” Despite these challenges, the team has announced that the trailer for “Double Ismart” will be released on August 4 in Vizag. Speculation is rife that Pan India star Prabhas might make an appearance at the pre-release event as a special guest. Prabhas and Puri Jagannadh share a strong friendship and have previously collaborated on films like “Bujjigadu” and “Ek Niranjan.” Puri Jagannadh has been instrumental in boosting Prabhas’ career, and Prabhas has shown his support for Puri’s projects in the past.
