Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi is all set to hit the theatres on May 9 but the movie already eyeing to beat Ram Charan’s Rangasthalam.
Mahesh’s Srimanthudu shattered all the industry records including Magadheera and Attarintiki Daredi but Ram Charan had reclaimed his position with blockbuster Rangasthalam. Though Bharath Ane Nenu turned out to be a big hit, it could not beat the collections of Rangasthalam.

But in terms of pre-release business, Maharshi has already surpassed Rangasthalam’s record. Featuring Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh in key roles, Maharshi is releasing in thousands of theatres across the globe and the movie has already set the ticket counters ringing with the advance bookings.
