When Gautam Kitchlu revealed he had no idea Kajal Aggarwal was a heroine
Kajal Aggarwal’s husband Gautam Kitchlu in one of his throwback videos, shared the story of their first meeting in a video on Kajal’s Instagram series where her loved ones talk about her. Gautam revealed that when they met, he didn’t know who Kajal was or what she did. He had seen her dancing at a friend’s wedding and was mesmerized by her. Gautam was on the groom’s side, while Kajal was on the bride’s side, and he noticed her dancing in a white and blue suit like a professional.
Curious to know more, Gautam went up to his friend and asked to be introduced to her. His friend promised to get her phone number, and a few days later, Gautam texted Kajal. That marked the beginning of their relationship, and as Gautam put it, “the rest is history.”

The couple got married in an intimate ceremony in Mumbai in October 2020, during the pandemic. Despite keeping their relationship private, Kajal eventually shared the news of their engagement. In 2022, the couple welcomed their son, Neil.
On the work front, Kajal Aggarwal is preparing for the release of her film Satyabhama, where she plays the role of a police officer. She also has Indian 2 with Kamal Haasan lined up for release later this year. Despite the challenges of balancing work and motherhood, Kajal has continued to take on demanding roles, including her physically intense part in Indian 2, which she shot right after giving birth.
