Actress Rashmika Mandanna turned 29 on April 5, 2025. On her special day, her fans are curious about how she stays so fit and energetic. In a past interview, Rashmika shared her simple diet and fitness routine that keeps her healthy and glowing.
She begins her day with one litre of water right after waking up. Her dietitian also suggested adding apple cider vinegar to her morning routine. Though she finds the taste difficult, she drinks it daily for better digestion and metabolism.
Rashmika recently became an eggetarian meaning she avoids meat but eats eggs. After her workouts, she includes eggs in her meals. For breakfast, she once loved avocado toast, but her dietitian has restricted it now. For lunch, she prefers South Indian meals but skips rice. Instead, she mixes all the curries and eats them together, enjoying the variety of vegetables and flavors.

Dinner is always kept light, unless she goes out with friends. She doesn’t have specific cheat days but admits she craves sweets every day. Interestingly, she is allergic to certain vegetables like tomatoes, potatoes, cucumber, and capsicum, but she enjoys sweet potatoes.
Rashmika works out every evening, as her shoots keep her busy during the day. Her skincare routine is very basic — just cleansing, moisturizing, and applying sunscreen before stepping out.
