Telangana police have cracked the ghastly Warangal well murder case where nine bodies were found dumped inside a well. The officials arrested Sanjay Kumar Yadav (24) who killed the nine just to cover-up one murder. Warangal Police Commissioner V Ravinder said, “To cover up one murder, he committed nine murders”.
According to reports, six of a family – Maqsood, his wife, their two sons, daughter Bushra and her 3-year-old son – were found dead last week, along with three others. Investigation reveled that Yadav killed all of them after Maqsood’s wife had reportedly threatened to report to police about her missing niece, whom he had killed on March 6 this year. Fearing over the arrest, Yadav hatched the plan to kill all of them.
Maqsood (48) migrated from West Bengal over 20 years ago and had settled down in Warangal Rural. His family had been staying in two rooms on the premises of the unit, police sources said.
