Performances
Sai Dharam Tej plays a good role in the film. He underplays his character and does not go overboard at all. This is one of the most efficient performances in his career. Samyuktha Menon is superb in the film and she gets a crazy role and does so well. The manner in which Ajay is used in the film was good. The rest of the cast like anchor Syamla were superb. Rajeev Kanakala was also amazing.

Analysis
Karthik Dandu directed this film and he made sure that the film has good thrills. There are so many ways to entertain the audience but to hold the attention of the audience with suspense is difficult and Karthik did that with ease in Virupaksha.
The first half has good spooky moments and the one which involves actor Ravi is amazing. Also, the manner in which the twists are unraveled in the second half was so good. The heroine’s angle in the end and how the film takes sharp turns were amazing.
The music by Ajaneesh Loknath was solid and is one of the heroes of the film. The visuals are solid and the BGM lifts the mood of the audience. Also, the editing part is perfect except for the climax. The songs are also good and so were the performances.
Viupaksha has a good story told in a new setting. While the narration clicks for the most part, the audience gets glued to the screen with the strong emotions and horror elements. This film is a good theatrical experience and should be watched on the big screen. So, ignore the slow pace and enjoy this triller which is well-made.
Bottom Line – A thrilling ride with good emotions
