VV Vinayak’s last film as a director is Intelligent, with Mega supreme hero Sai Dharam Tej. The movie failed to make an impressive mark at the box-office and it resulted in a big disaster. Sai Dharam Tej played the lead role in the film. Later, Vinayak planned to come up with an exciting movie but somehow, it did not happen. The director then changed his mind and decided to make his debut as a hero. The project eventually shaped up in the form of Seenayya.
Dil Raju is the producer and Narasimha Rao is the director for the same. Shriya Saran came on board to play the leading lady and the makers even began the shoot. After shooting some time, the makers felt that the script needs more corrections and halted the shoot. Later, the producer is not happy with the rushes and asked for a reshoot.
The shoot was supposed to take place this month but it looks like there will be more delay as the script re-work is not over yet. Dil Raju wants to out the project on hold until he is satisfied with the script.
