Ram Charan’s Vinaya Vidheya Rama Movie Review
After the success of Rangasthalam, Megapower Star Ram Charan is the mass entertainer of the film, Vinaya Vidheya Rama. The film is directed by commercial director Boyapati Srinu. Following a series of experiments, Charan is waiting for the movie with a commercial entertainer. So how Charan’s expecation fares? Has Boyapati’s formalic film worked?
Story:
Rama (Ramcharan) is the life of her brothers. The eldest is Bhuvan Kumar (Prashant), whom he respects a lot. For the sake of his brothers, Rama studies all the higher studies. Bhuvan becomes an election officer in Vizag. Soon, he entangles into troubles after he encounters dreaded gangster called Raja Bhai(Vivek Oberoi). Rest of the story is how Rama saves his family from the gangster.
Performances:
Ram Charan, who appeared in the pucca mass commercial film after the experiments like Dhruva has done justice to his role. Charan’s performance in the action episodes is especially impressive. Heroine Kaira Advani does not have any significance. There is no scope for performance, except when the songs are needed. After a long time, Prasad appeared on Telugu screen and impressed with his subtlety. Sneha appeared in the role of a friend. Her performance in emotional scenes is great. Vivek Oberoi as the villain appeared on the screen and impressed with good performance as far as he was. Aryan Rajesh, Mukesh Rishi, Harish Bhattan, Ravi Varma, Madhavanandan are many other actors who do not much role except to mouth few dialogues.
Analysis:
The film unit is completely unsuccessful in meeting those expectations. Boyapati Cinema is a huge action episode and high emotion. Action in the movie seems to be a bit shaky. Emotional scenes also did not work out much as compared to past films. The screen is full of actors and does not use anyone properly. The story of the story has been totally absorbed in the making of the film with big action episodes in the mind of Ram Charan. The hero has been designed to make some of the most unbelievable combat scenes in an attempt to surmount expectations. At one stage, the story sees the story coming out of action scenes. Music director Devi Sri Prasad failed to produces earworm music. Rishi Punjabi tried to save the film with his cinematography. The cinematography is impressive in Elevation Shots and Action Episodes. Editing and production values are up to the level of the film.
Positives:
Ram Charan
Some action scenes
Negatives:
Excessive violence
Forced Scenes
Music
