Despite the average talk that Mr Majnu got, director Venky Atluri is still in demand and the industry is not baulking at banking on him. Two heroes have given him chance to direct them. One of them is Vijay Deverakonda.
Venky has committed himself to a film with Mythri Movie Makers and he would direct Vijay for a film under this banner. Vijay himself confirmed that there were story discussions among them. Even Naga Chaitanya has given an open offer to Venky saying he was ready to work if there is a good and engaging story.
It is clear that Mr Majnu did not affect the fortunes of Venky Atluri. He would soon come out with his next project soon.
