2 Telugu students die at scenic waterfall in the U.S
Two young students from Telugu origin, Lucky Reddy Rakesh Reddy and Rohit Manikantha Lepala, tragically lost their lives in America after drowning in a waterfall. This sad event took place at Fuzzy Creek Falls in Arizona, USA, during a gathering of 16 friends who were celebrating their graduation on May 8th.
Rakesh and Rohit were swimming with their friends when the accident occurred. Concerned for their safety, their friends quickly notified the police, who initiated a search operation. Despite efforts, the two students were not found on the first day. It wasn’t until the second day that their lifeless bodies were recovered.
Rakesh Reddy, the beloved son of Rakiridi Chandrasekhar Reddy, a respected scholar from Khammam town, had completed his Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering. His parents had traveled to America to attend his graduation, only to receive the devastating news of his untimely passing.
Details about Rohit Manikantha Lepala, who had earned a Master’s degree in Information Technology, are still forthcoming. The loss of these bright young individuals has brought immense sorrow not only to their families and friends but also to the broader Telugu community.
