Zombie Reddy is a film that was expected to do good as it was the first film in this genre in Telugu. The promotions were good but the film opened to some really mixed reviews in both the Telugu states last Friday.
The first day collections were dull but things changed from the second day onwards as the occupancy increased. As there was no big film line dup for release, things helped Zombie Reddy in a big way.
The collections on Sunday were also good and now the trade says that the zombie comedy has made close to 7.5 crores gross in its first weekend. These are good figures and have put the film in a safe zone. The coming days will say how much more profits will the film make.
