Akhil’s woes are continuing to torment him. It’s disappoint for him again with Mr Majnu not doing as well as expected. Though he said he feels like he is doing his debut film, Mr Majnu didn’t click. The film failed to raise interest among the audience. Though there was an average talk, the film failed to pick the pace and failed to draw the audience to the theatres.
Films these days should either have family or comedy base. If not it should have some bold elements. Sans this, the film failed to click. Due to the failure of Majnu, F2 had another run for another week. The film appears all set to notch up Rs 75 crore mark.
This is no mean achievement. For a middle-class flick to overtake films like Attarintiki Daaredi, Sarrainodu and Magadheera is no ordinary. It appears quite certain that the audience may have to flock to F2 as there are no releases this week. To add more spice to the fun fair, F2 team has included some more fun schenes into the film.
