Tollywood considers Venkatesh as a lucky mascot. The filmmakers are making beeline for Venkatesh urging him to grace their film’s pre-release events as the star is now being considered a man of Midas touch.
It is known that Venkatesh graced the pre-release events of Nani’s Jersey and Mahesh Babu starrer Maharshi. Both films have gone to become blockbusters and raking in moolah. Following this, producer Suresh Kondeti, bought the film’s theatrical rights of Lissa requested Venkatesh to release the trailer which the later very well obliged. “Anjali is a good artiste. I wish her all the best,” Venkatesh said at the film’s trailer.
Talking about the film, Suresh said, “This is the first time that our audiences will witness a horror comedy in 3D”. On the work front, Venkatesh will be seen in Venky Mam starring Naga Chaitanya, directed by KS Ravindra.
