After scoring a non-Baahubali industry hit like Rangasthalam, everyone thought that director Sukumar will come up with yet another interesting film very soon. But even after one and a half year of Rangasthalam’s release, Sukumar is yet to start his next film.
Earlier, he was supposed to do a film with Mahesh Babu, but Mahesh has opted to do Sarileru Neekevvaru instead. Later, Allu Arjun came forward and announced a movie with Sukumar. But it will go on floors only after he wraps up the ongoing project with Trivikram.
Meanwhile, Sukumar’s favourite cinematographer Rathnavelu is currently working for Sarileru Neekevvaru and will get free only by this December. In this way, Sukumar’s project might go on floors only after January 2020, and generally, he takes more than a year to finish a movie. Thus, his movie might release in 2021, which makes him come back after three years of Rangasthalam’s release.
On the other side, the director seems to be unaffected with all these tensions and wants to enjoy his free time with the family. He is currently on a vacation in England, along with his wife and the kids. They all were spotted in the recently held World Cup final match, which was held at Lords.
