Ravibabu’s latest flick Adugo had a piglet in the main role. Normally, this novelty should have seen the film through. But, the Telugu viewers weren’t exactly enthused. As a result, the film could not recover even the poster costs and floundered badly. Within a day, the film sank without trace.
It is being rumoured that Ravi Babu has sold all his assets for the film and hoped it would be liked by the audience. Though Daggubati Suresh Babu has helped him in getting the film released, he did not fund it. Suresh Babu, who usually buys small films, did not opt to buy this film. It is being rumoured that Suresh has advised Ravi Babu not to spend much on the publicity. But, Ravi Babu, who spent every farthing he had, has lost badly. He is finding that the damage that Adugo caused is irreparable.
