Telugu TV actor Prabhakar has tested positive for COVID-19. The actor is known for popular shows- Suryakantham, Matti Gajulu has tested COVID positive. The actor is currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital. As per reports, actor Prabhakar who resumed shoot exhibited symptoms of high-fever, following which he was taken to the hospital and after undergoing tests he was declared of contracting COVID.
Meanwhile, other actors and technical crew who were part of the shoot are now busy in self-quarantine. The moves of resuming shoots comes in the wake of Unlock 1, where Telangana government permitted to resume shoots with limited cast and crew and adhering the safety precautions. In fact some of the shows have already aired teasers of their shows and programmes, but with pandemic still not subsiding it is to be seen if the shoot takes a back seat again.
