There is no need to mention the sensation that was created by RX 100 in 2018, featuring the sizzling beauty Payal Rajput and noted actor Kartikeya in the lead roles. The film marked the directorial debut of Ajay Bhupathi and gained significant attention. Now, the director and Payal Rajput have teamed up again for a village thriller titled Mangalavaaram.
The makers have recently released a teaser of the film on YouTube, which quickly garnered numerous likes and views. The approximately 140-second teaser looks terrific and is set in a beautiful village near Rajahmundry. It introduces the characters who are afraid of watching something happening in their surroundings. The director skillfully creates tension by keeping the actual event hidden, leaving viewers intrigued.
Payal Rajput is shown in a bold avatar, and her scream at the end of the teaser builds anticipation about her role. The teaser also includes clashes of a child, indicating that the movie has a flashback. The film also contains some bold content to spice things up.
In addition to the intriguing teaser, which doesn’t reveal much about the plot of Mangalavaaram, the eerie music by Ajaneesh Loknath (known for Kantara) adds a chilling effect. The visuals are spooky, and Sivendra Dasaradhi deserves appreciation for his astonishing work. A trailer is expected to reveal more about Mangalavaaram.

The film is set to be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, but the official release date is yet to be announced. Mangalavaaram is a joint production of Creative Works and Mudhra Media Works.
