In an interview, Taapsee has stated that nepotism exists and does gives an easy platform for starkids to make connections and get projects quickly unlike outsiders. She also added that she lost few projects owing to nepotism. The Thappad star also shot question to the public asking whether they would book a ticket to watch movie for an outsider or for a starkid. She concluded stating that the change should also happen within the public rather than blaming a section for the tragic situation at present.
