A case has been registered against Sushant’s rumoured girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty in Bihar, in connection over abetment of actor’s death. The complaint was filed by one Kundan Kumar who has accused Rhea of of “financial and mental exploitation” from Sushant. “My client is a huge fan of Rajput and has been deeply distressed by his suicide. He has filed his complaint under IPC Sections 306 (abetment of suicide) and 420 (fraud),” Kumar’s lawyer Kamlesh said.
Earlier, Mumbai police officials have grilled Rhea for nine-long hours. She was summoned by the cops on Thursday at 11.30 am and was seen leaving the place late in the evening. The actress has revealed that she was living with Sushant throughout the lockdown, but left the house after they had a fight. She however said that she kept in touch with him via phone through texts and calls.
During the questioning hours, cops even has checked her phone including text messages and pictures. She also confessed that ongoing rumours that they were looking for a property as they planned to get married in November. Meanwhile, contrary to the rumours that Sushant was denied work, reports now emerge that Sushant had many films in the pipleine with Rhea and not just one. The actor committed suicide on June 14, which was brought to notice by his domestic help.
