Kajal Aggarwal will next be seen in Indian 2, and her last movie, a period drama called Karungaapiyam, didn’t perform well at the box office. Nevertheless, it’s set to release in Telugu as Kajal Karthika on July 21, 2023.
Even before the film’s flop, Sri Venkata Sai Films acquired the rights for a good sum, and after the movie failed in Tamil, they initially decided not to release it in Telugu. However, surprisingly, they have now announced its release.
There have been no promotions yet, and even Kajal herself hasn’t mentioned anything about the Telugu version to date. It wouldn’t be surprising if she is unaware of the news. The movie also features Regina Cassandra, Janani, Raiza Wilson, and Iranian actress Noyrika, along with other talented actors.
Produced by Padarthi Padmaja of Pave Entertainments, the film’s music is composed by Prasad SN. Even Kajal Aggarwal’s fans are unaware of the film’s Telugu release. We need to see whether the movie will be released as planned or not.
