Sunny Deol, brother of Bobby Deol, recently talked about the movie “Animal.” He mentioned that although he didn’t like some parts of the film, he’s really happy for his brother Bobby Deol, who’s receiving a lot of praise for his role in it.
Sunny said, “I’m genuinely happy for Bobby. I watched Animal and found it nice overall. Like many movies, there were bits I didn’t like, but that’s just my personal preference. Bobby did great. The music was good too, matching the scenes well. Bobby remains Bobby, now also called ‘Lord Bobby.'”
He didn’t specify what he disliked about the movie. Sunny mentioned that every film has its flaws, but that doesn’t mean the director did a bad job. He believes directors have their own way of seeing and presenting stories.
When asked if he’d play a negative character like Bobby’s in Animal, Sunny explained that it might not fit with the heroic roles he usually plays in movies like Ghayal, Border, Hero, and the Gadar series. He thinks people might not accept him in such a role due to his established image.
Sunny acknowledged that while Animal faced criticism for its intense violence and portrayal of female characters, no movie is flawless, and every director has a unique vision.
Earlier, he praised Bobby on Instagram, saying, “My little brother has rocked the world. All the best for #Animal.”
