Stree 2 box office collection: Shraddha Kapoor’s film likely to beat SRK’s Jawan

Stree 2 box office collections

Stree 2 has become a massive success at the box office, making waves and attracting significant attention. Now in its third week, the film has shown remarkable consistency, indicating it may break several box office records. Over the weekend, Stree 2 saw a significant surge, earning approximately Rs 36 crore on Saturday and Sunday combined. However, the film experienced a slight drop in earnings on Monday, bringing in around Rs 6.75 crore. This marked a 25 percent decrease from its Friday earnings, according to Box Office India. On Tuesday, the movie earned an additional Rs 6 crore.

As of now, Stree 2 has amassed a total collection of Rs 492.80 crore, as reported by Sacnilk. This positions the film to potentially cross the Rs 500 crore mark in India after Wednesday’s collections. The third-week earnings of the movie are expected to be around Rs 68 crore, placing it second only to Baahubali 2 in third-week collections.

The big question now is whether Stree 2 will become the highest-grossing Hindi film of all time, with the possibility of surpassing the Rs 550 crore mark in its lifetime collection. Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan currently holds the record for the highest fourth-week box office collection. As Stree 2 enters its fourth week, it remains to be seen if it can challenge this record. Interestingly, both Jawan and Stree 2 are closely matched in their third-week performances. Additionally, with the delay of Kangana Ranaut’s Emergency, Stree 2 has an open window over the weekend to boost its earnings even further.
