This suspense thriller is gearing up for the release on this 9th of August, clashing with Nagarjuna’s Manmadhudu 2. But the lack of buzz and non-aggressive promotions are denting the movie’s chances of getting heavy openings.

Meanwhile, speaking at the recent press interaction of the film, Anasuya pointed out the negativity that is being spread on her on social media. She recalled how she is being criticized through memes and Youtube thumbnails.

She apologized for netizens and said that whatever she talks ends up as controversy on the internet. Anasuya is also known for picking up fights with online trolls. But one wonders why she had to mention all these things instead of speaking about her film Kathanam as the press meet was about the film and not about the trolling.
