Sushant Singh Rajput’s manager Shruti Modi and Jaya Saha from Kwaan in whose account ten crore rupees was found were summoned by the Narcotics department. The former was interrogated for an hour and was let off. It is reported one of the members in the Special Investigation Team had been infected with Coronavirus and as such the rest of the team are getting tested. This might not derail the investigation process as only one member had been tested positive. So far around 18 to 22 drug peddlers have been arrested and more are likely to take place based on the confessions of Rhea and Showik Chakraborthy.
Shruti Modi who earlier denied knowing anything about the drug nexus is said to have been questioned about the drug chats that took place between her and Rhea Chakraborthy. On the other side of the investigation, BJP leader Nitesh Rane had requested Amit Shah to provide security for Disha Salaian’s boyfriend Rohan Rai who is willing to tell all to the CBI about Disha’s death which is directly linked to Sushant’s. There is a huge politician, police, film stars lobby trying to shield Rhea and at the same time trying their best to eliminate those who could be a crucial evidence in nailing them. Rohan Rai is one of them and there could be threat to his life, he is allegedly hiding in Udipi but is still in touch with Rane.
