Siddu Jonnalagadda’s Jack box office collection day 1

After the massive success of Tillu Square, which earned over ₹130 crore worldwide, actor Siddu Jonnalagadda returned with a romantic action-comedy titled Jack. The film was directed and written by Bommarillu Bhaskar and featured Vaishnavi Chaitanya in the female lead role. Released on April 10, 2025, Jack was expected to do well at the box office. However, its opening performance has not lived up to expectations.

The film faced issues right from the beginning. There was very little buzz before the release, and advance bookings were weak. This lack of pre-release excitement affected the film’s reach. Despite coming from a well-known production house and featuring a popular star cast, the film struggled to grab attention.

According to early predictions by box office trackers, Jack is expected to earn below ₹0.08 crore on its first day. Reviews from critics and initial audience reactions have been mostly negative, further dampening the film’s prospects. This has come as a surprise to many, especially since Siddu’s last film was a major hit.

The story of Jack revolves around a carefree man who ends up helping the police in a mission to stop a terrorist threat. The film promised a mix of comedy, action, and drama, but it seems to have missed the mark.

The cast includes Siddu Jonnalagadda, Vaishnavi Chaitanya, Naresh VK, Brahmaji, Ravi Mariya, Vineet Kumar Singh, and Prakash Raj. The film’s music is composed by Achu Rajamani, with the score by Sam CS. Cinematography is handled by Vijay K Chakravarthy, and editing is done by Navin Nooli.

If word of mouth improves, the movie might pick up over the weekend. For now, though, Jack seems to be off to a slow and disappointing start.
