It has been a while since hero Sharwanand has scored a hit at the box office. His last two films, Ranarangam and Padi Padi Leche Manasu, which got released amidst huge expectations, have failed miserably at the box office. To strike back hard, he is now coming back with an emotional love story.
The team of this film had told that the first look and the title of it will be out today. As promised, they unveiled the title as Jaanu and also revealed the first look poster of the movie. The poster features Sharwanand as a wildlife photographer, clicking the pictures of camels in a desert. The poster is very cool and cool vibes to it. You feel that the film is going to be heartwarming, just after looking at the poster.
Samantha plays the female lead in Jaanu. This film is an official remake of Tamil hit 96, which had Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha in the lead roles. C. Prem Kumar, who directed 96, is also helming Jaanu. 96’s music director Govind Vasantha is composing the music for this film as well. It is being produced by star producer Dil Raju.
