Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has landed in Hyderabad to perform the last rites of his father BN Yugandhar. Satya Nadella arrived in a special flight from London.

Nadella’s father BN Yugandhar was an ex-bureaucrat who died on Friday at the age of 80. An IAS officer of 1962 batch, BN Yugandhar held many key positions in the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh and Centre as well. Known for his clean record, he was instrumental in the implementation of many schemes designed for the poor and marginalised sections of the society. A man known for simplicity, he didn’t invite then Prime Minister Narasimha Rao for the marriage of his son, Satya Nadella.
Saddened by the demise of former bureaucrat Shri B N Yugandhar.
He was an upright, committed officer.
