The movie, which hit the screens in five languages, generated decent expectations before its release. However, despite these positives, the movie faced several issues that prevented it from becoming a major success.
The film follows the story of Surya, played by Nani, who fights against injustice but only on Saturdays. He decides to help the villagers of Sokulapalem by standing up to the ruthless Inspector R. Dayanand, portrayed by SJ Suryah. What follows is a tense battle of revenge between Surya and the inspector.
On its opening day, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram managed to collect around Rs 9 Crore across India. The worldwide collection on the first day was approximately Rs 25 Crore. However, despite a strong start, the movie saw a decline in audience turnout towards the end of the day, particularly in metro cities.

Meanwhile, as per early estimates, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram earned around 5.75 Cr India net on its second day for all languages. The film is said to have an overall 32.60% Telugu occupancy on its second day.
