The Animal film and Sandeep Reddy Vanga controversies seem never-ending. It’s been over two months since Animal’s release, and Sandeep Reddy Vanga continues to passionately defend the film. In a recent awards event, Bollywood superstar SRK stated that his idea of a hero is a good guy, only playing positive characters. He said, “I only do films which have something good to convey. I only play positive characters. That is my responsibility with a wide range of audiences watching my films. If there is a bad guy in my film, he has to die a dog’s death.” Many saw this as a direct reference to the negative portrayal of Animal’s main lead.

When asked about his perception of a hero, Sandeep Reddy Vanga responded that some people misunderstand the concept, thinking only a good person should be a hero. He disagreed with this interpretation, stating that people expect the hero to deliver a moralizing speech in the climax and meet a tragic end.

In a recent interview when Sandeep Reddy Vanga was asked about his perception of a hero he replied “Many people don’t understand the idea of a hero. They believe only a good man should be a hero. This interpretation is not right according to me. They expect the hero to give a lecture in the climax, where he admits to all his mistakes, they expect him to die a dog’s death”.

This has sparked speculation that Vanga indirectly mocked SRK.However, it’s worth noting that Sandeep Reddy Vanga also expressed being a big fan of SRK and expressed a desire to work with him in the future.
