Samyuktha’s striking similarities with Samantha Ruth Prabhu, but she’s grounded

Samyuktha, just a film older after she appeared in Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Bheemla Nayak’, is playing a character opposite star Dhanush in the movie ‘Sir’. This Tamil-Telugu bilingual is being bankrolled by Sithara Entertainments. Directed by Venky Atluri, the film is about the dark side of the education system in the country. The actress said ‘Sir’ doesn’t make the audience feel bored. It’s not preachy either. It is a wholesome entertainer, she adds. She had visited a few villages in rural Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to get the vibe of the village atmosphere before the shoot began.

Working with big stars at the initial stage of her career in Tollywood, Samyuktha says one should feel lucky to work with such big stars like Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati for the very first film. “When you work with them, you get the love of their fans by default. Plus landing a meaty role is another big advantage,” she adds.
