After Ami Thumi, Mohankrishna Indraganti is back with Sammohanam, a romantic saga. The film stars Sudheer Babu and Aditi Rao Hydari, although the actress has been introduced to Telugu audience with Cheliya, Sammohanam is her straight Telugu film.
Aditi has much to be credited as she has dubbed in her own voice, too. Excited Aditi for landing a role in Tollywood says, “I’m really pleased with the way my career is shaping up. How many actresses get a chance to work with legends like Mani Ratnam and Sanjay Leela Bhansali? In fact, Mohan Krishna Indraganti liked my performance in Mani sir’s Kaatru Veliyidai and was keen on casting me in his next film. All of Mohan sir’s films have strong female characterisations. So it’s a privilege to be making my debut in Telugu with his film.”

The film is all set for release on June 15 and this was confirmed by Sudheer on his Twitter handle. “#SammohanamOnJune15th mark your calendar!!,” he wrote. We also have an interesting update on the film’s trailer which will be out on May 31, coinciding with Superstar Krishna’s birthday. The legendary actor will be launching the trailer on his birthday at 9.18am.
