A special fast track court has given its verdict of sentencing three-men to death for raping and murdering a woman in Komaram Bheem Asifabad district. The accused Sheikh Babu, Sheikh Shahabuddin and Sheikh Makhdoom sexually assaulted and slit the throat of the woman on November 24th last year, few days before Disha case.
The 30-year-old woman, who used to sell balloons and utensils at Ellapatar village foir her survival. The tribal woman was named Samatha by the police to protect her identity. The principal judge after examining 44 witnesses gave out the verdict. The judgement has been welcomed and hailed by the netizens.
