1. Collagen Bed:- This therapy is designed to improve skin health and repair the body at a cellular level. Samantha noted that it “improves skin elasticity and encourages a youthful appearance.”
2. Hyperbaric Therapy:- Samantha highlighted that this technique increases oxygen levels in the body, speeds up healing, and enhances overall health.
3. Cryotherapy:- Popular among athletes, this therapy reduces inflammation, relieves pain, and boosts energy levels. Samantha described it as one of her go-to methods for maintaining well-being.
Currently taking a break from acting, Samantha believes that these therapies will help her recover and return to work soon.
Samantha’s Upcoming Projects
Even though Samantha is on a break, she has several unreleased projects in the works. She will soon be seen in the highly anticipated “Citadel: Honey Bunny” series directed by Raj & DK, where she stars opposite Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan. This show is a spinoff of the original “Citadel” series, which stars Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden.
