Akkineni Nagarjuna is the host for the fourth season of the Bigg Boss. But, last weekend, Nagarjuna’s daughter-in-law-actress Samantha replaced him as the host. Nagarjuna is shooting for his new movie ‘Wild Dog’ at Manali and was unable to travel back to Hyderabad for the Bigg Boss shoot. On the occasion of Dusshera, the show organizers telecasted a three-hour-long weekend episode on Sunday with Samantha as the host. Much to everyone’s surprise, Samantha hosted the show well and received a positive reception from the audiences. Samantha interacted with inmates very well and left the impression that she is following the TV show daily.
But, the truth is that she never watched an episode before. Samantha herself confessed the same in her recent Instagram post.Sharing her experience of hosting the show, Samatha posted a picture on Instagram and wrote, “An experience to remember. Never thought I’d be on the Big Boss stage as host! Only because I was given this responsibility by my Mamagaru.. I could find the strength to overcome my fears … the fear that I had no experience hosting, the fear of Telugu,” adding, “I had never even watched an episode before. “Thank you mama for helping me overcome my fears and trusting me with this. And I really need to thank all of you for all the love I received after the episode,” Samantha mentioned on her Instagram profile.
