After Sonam Kapoor faced backlash over, Salman Khan is the latest one to get trolled for his post over former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The BJP stalwart died on August 16 and the entire nation paid its tributes and last rites to the veteran leader. However, Salman Khan took to Twitter today to mourn about the demise of the veteran leader.
“Truly a sad feeling to have lost a great leader, noble politician, orator and an exceptional human being like Atal ji |(sic)” Salman posted. Career-wise, Salman Khan is busy filming Bharat starring Katrina Kaif and Disha Patani. In the film, Salman plays a stunt motorcyclist while Disha Patani will be a trapeze artiste. Director Ali Abbas Zafar said, “Idea is to create an Indian-Russian circus like Raj Kapoor’s Mera Naam Joker. Performers from all over the world are flying down for the circus tricks which will be a mix of trapeze hoops and rope stunts. This is Salman and Disha’s introduction. He plays a daredevil stunt motorcyclist in the circus while she is a trapeze artiste.”
