
Salman Khan teaming up with Tollywood disaster director
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan who recently starred in Sikandar is rumored to be in talks with director Harish Shankar for an upcoming project. If finalized, this collaboration could be an exciting addition to Salman Khan’s film lineup.
According to reports, the movie is expected to be a lighthearted entertainer. It is also speculated that Pushpa 2 producers, Mythri Movie Makers will finance the film, making it a grand-scale production. The production house, primarily known for Telugu films, is set to expand into Bollywood with Jaat, an action film starring Sunny Deol.
Harish Shankar is well known for his previous connection with Salman Khan’s work. He directed Gabbar Singh, the Telugu remake of Salman’s blockbuster Dabangg, which featured Pawan Kalyan in the lead role. Currently, the filmmaker is engaged in another big project, Ustaad Bhagat Singh, starring Pawan Kalyan. The film is said to be the Telugu adaptation of Vijay’s Theri.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan’s recent release, Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss, features an ensemble cast including Rashmika Mandanna, Sathyaraj, Kajal Aggarwal, and others. The action drama had a mixed reception at the box office.
As of now, there has been no official confirmation regarding Salman Khan’s collaboration with Harish Shankar. Fans will have to wait and see whether this project moves forward.
