Ajay Bhupathi’s directorial debut RX100 starring Kartikeya and Payal Rajput was a smashing hit. The film now being remade in Hindi stars Suniel Shetty’s son Ahan Shetty making his debut. The makers have now finalised Tara Sutaria as the lead actress. Confirming the news filmmaker Milan Luthria said, “Yes, we have finalised Tara for the film. More details will be announced later.” While the makers would be taking the plot as it is but suiting the nativity of the Bollywood cntent, changes wouleb underway.
Stating how challenging the remake would be Milan had said, “Remaking a cult film like ‘RX 100’ is thrilling for me for reasons more than one. First, it marks the debut of the charismatic Ahan Shetty. Next, it’s a riveting and haunting story ripe for a remake. And of course, it has Sajid as the producer the perfect support a director can ask for. It goes without saying that I can’t wait to embark on this journey that promises to be challenging and exciting at the same time.”
Apart from, RX100, Tara Sutaria has Karan Johar’s Student Of The Year 2 and Marjaavaan.
