Rajamouli’s RRR has some impending sequences to shoot once the lockdown is lifted. The multi-lingual film has an ensemble star cast with the likes of Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt among other international star cast. The sensuous beauty Shriya Saran is also part for the magnum-opus. Now, she has revealed about her role in the period film. In an live interaction she said that she plays Ajay Devngn’s wife and would be seen in flashback episodes.
This is the second time she is collaborating with Rajamouli. Speaking about her reunion, she said, “ I love being on Rajamouli sir’s set. I have some amazing memories from Chhatrapati and honestly, in a Rajamouli film, it doesn’t feel like you’re working. All the ADs and camera people come and talk to you and they’re all such great fun. You can have a conversation with anyone. There’s always an easy vibe on sets and by the time the day’s over, you know you’re tired but you don’t feel like you’ve worked. He can spoil you for life, because you start expecting everyone to be like that.”
