Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s Ism has turned out to be a disappointment for star director Puri Jagannadh. Temper was his last hit and since then, he made three films (Jyoti Lakshmi, Loafer and Ism) and all of them turned out to be duds at the box office. Now, he is pinning all hopes on his much-delayed flick Rogue.
Starring debutant Ishaan, Rogue seems to be a commercial entertainer with Puri’s trademark style. Already the shoot of this film was finished long back but as Puri got busy with Ism, he couldn’t focus on this film. After the release of Ism, Puri spent his most of the time in the post production of Rogue. Apparently, everything is done now and makers are planning to take it to the censor board. If everything falls into place, the film will hit the screens in December.
