Gautam Nanda is one film which needs to click for Gopichand otherwise his career will be facing quite some tough problems in the future. Read on to see whether this film has in it to be a hit.
Synopsis:-
This story is quite simple as Gopichand plays a double role. Gautam is a rich man where as Nanda is a poor man who wants to become rich. They cross paths and decide to change their lives for a month. But the real problems start when the poor Nanda does not want to get back to his old life and starts problems. How will this issue be solved in the story of the rest of the film?
Performances:-
Gopichand is the only saving grace of the film as his new look and negative role impresses everyone. If he walks and talks stylishly as Gautam, the same time he is at his massiest best as Nanda. Hansika is wasted in her role and comes only for songs. Catherine gets a good role and she provides good eye candy in a bikini. Rest of the other cast is not up to the mark.
Overall analysis and technical overview
Sampath Nandi has made sure that he pumps in a lot of money in the film and it shows all over. The songs, fights and the set up is very colorful and looks stylish. Thaman’s music is delightful. First half of the film is very good but the second half falls flat on its face until the twist is unleashed. This film has a very old story and has nothing to give you this weekend so go watch last week’s releases which are more fun.
