Telugu actor Ravi Teja, known for his energetic performances, is currently on a signing spree for new films. Recently, he teamed up with director Gopichand Malineni for the fourth time on an untitled project. Now, an online rumour is circulating about a potential collaboration between Ravi Teja and a renowned filmmaker.
According to these online rumours, Ravi Teja is set to remake the highly successful Bollywood film Raid, which was directed by Raj Kumar Gupta and starred Ajay Devgn in the lead role.
The speculation suggests that the actor has chosen Harish Shankar to helm this project. Harish Shankar has a knack for providing a fresh perspective to remakes, evident in his works such as Gabbar Singh, Gaddalakonda Ganesh, and Ustaad Bhagat Singh.
Currently, pre-production work is underway for the remake, and Harish Shankar has put a temporary hold on the shoot of Pawan Kalyan’s Ustaad Bhagat Singh. Meanwhile, Ravi Teja needs to complete his ongoing film, Eagle, before commencing the shoot for his third collaboration with Harish Shankar. The third film is likely to be produced by People Media Factory.
