V Ravi Prakash, former TV9 Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has finally appeared before the Cyberabad police in connection with the forgery case booked against him. Reportedly, Ravi Prakash was questioned for five hours in connections with the complaint filed by the new management of the TV9 channel. After he was let off, the former CEO told the press that he was wrongly implicated with false cases, adding “for the good of the society till the last drop of his blood”.
Ravi Prakash is learnt to appear before the officials again on Wednesday, June 5th. He made his appearance a day after the Supreme Court rejected his plea for anticipatory bail and asked him to act the needful of the notices issued against him by the police.
It all started after Ravi Prakash was sacked from his post in connection with a forgery case last month. The complaint was lodged by Alanda Media Entertainments which has over 90 per cent stakes in TV9 against Ravi Prakash of forgery. Subsequently, Rai Prakash was on the run evading the Telangana police.
