The actress said, “It’s not about indulging in junk or oily foods but rather studying how your body reacts to different foods. Cutting down on items that make your skin oily and staying hydrated by drinking at least 2 liters of water daily are essential steps for healthy skin”.

3. Always Use Sunscreen:- Rashmika stresses the importance of never stepping out of the house without sunscreen. Sunscreen protects the skin from harmful UV rays preventing premature aging, sunburns, and other skin damage.

4. Incorporate Vitamin C Serum:- The actress stated that using a good vitamin C serum recommended by a dermatologist can work wonders for the skin. Vitamin C is known for its brightening and anti-aging properties, helping to achieve a radiant complexion.
