Rashmika Mandanna recently shared her heartfelt thoughts as she wrapped up shooting for Pushpa 2: The Rule. The film, starring Allu Arjun and directed by Sukumar, is set to release on December 5. In a reflective Instagram post, Rashmika looked back on her five-year journey with the Pushpa team expressing gratitude and a mix of emotions.
She revealed how intense her final days on set were. On November 25, after a full day of shooting, she flew to Chennai for an event and returned to Hyderabad late at night. Despite limited sleep, she made it to her last day of filming, which felt surreal. Sharing her feelings, she wrote, “Out of the 7/8 years of my career, spending five years on this set made it feel like home. Though there’s still work left and possibly a part 3, it felt like the end.”
Rashmika reflected on the exhaustion, gratitude, and sadness she felt as memories of hard work and camaraderie came flooding back. She also expressed her close bond with co-star Allu Arjun, director Sukumar, and the rest of the team, who she said understood her best.
Allu Arjun also shared his thoughts, calling it the “last shot of Pushpa” and marking the end of a five-year journey. Fans are excited as the anticipation for Pushpa 2 grows, with Rashmika’s words sparking speculation about a third installment.
