The 11th edition of the Indian Premier League will kick start from April 7 and the organisers want the opening ceremony to be kick ass one. The latest we hears is that the organisers have shelled out a bomb to have Ranveer Singh as the performer at the Opening Ceremony. Knowing that Ranveer’s exuberance which lightens up the atmosphere they were keen to have Ranveer. And reportedly, they have paid Rs 5 crore for a mere 15 minutes performance.
“He will be shaking a leg for about 15 minutes, but the organising team was always clear that they wanted Ranveer as a performer and that’s why he has been offered such a huge amount,” said a source.
Ranveer who was last seen in Padmavat has slew of films lines up like Gully Boy, Simmba and ’83.
