Ram Pothineni’s next film RED is yet to arrive on the screens. Ram and Nivetha Pethuraj played the lead roles in the film. Kishore Tirumala is the director of the movie. The actor and director duo is working for the third time, after ‘Nenu Sailaja,’ ‘Vunnadi Okate Zindagi.’ The film was supposed to release in April this year, but it was postponed because of the lockdown. The film unit rejected a lot of offers from streaming platforms and decided to have the release in theatres. The film unit is gearing up for a grand release for Sankranthi next year. However, there are the latest media reports that the film’s release is getting postponed again. From Sankranthi, the film unit is in plans to push the film’s release to Republic Day. There is no clarity on the film’s release now. Already, the production unit announced the film’s release for Sankranthi, but it might now release on 26th January. In a few days, we may come across the official confirmation on the same.
